NETWORK APPLICATIONS  720 Clock Hours (6 months)

Postsecondary and High School Students

Network Application is a study of how computers share information on Local Area Networks (LANS) and Wide Area Networks (WANS / Internet). ATS is a certified Cisco Networking Academy and also features certification in Network Plus and Cisco Voice and Data Cabling.

Employment Opportunities:

Hardware installation coordinator, computer network cable installer, network administrator, etc.
Starting salary range = $7-10 per hour
Experienced salary = $14+ per hour

·         Workplace Skills

·         Basic Keyboarding

·         Keyboarding Skillbuilding I

·         Operating Systems I (DOS)

·         Windows Operating System

·         Fundamentals of Voice and Data Cabling

·         Network Fundamentals I

·         Cisco Certified Network Associate I

 Two options are available:

·         Option I

o      Cisco Certified Network Associate II

o      Cisco Certified Network Associate III

o      Cisco Certified Network Associate IV

·         Option II

o      Network Plus I

o      Network Plus II

o      Network Plus Exam Review

o      Network Fundamentals II
