Qualifications:
B.A. degree preferred with at least two
years appropriate work experience
Job Goal:
Provide instruction in the Professional
Cooking Program.
Plan and organize special events as related to food service
Performance Responsibilities:

Develop and continually revise and
update curriculum
-
Plan and organize class, lab and
internship activities in collaboration with other staff support
materials
-
Select and recommend appropriate
learning materials, equipment and instructional support
materials
-
Model and demonstrate appropriate
workforce behaviors and skills
-
Provide a positive learning
experience
-
Follow appropriate safety and
sanitation procedures in the kitchen
-
Supervise the proper maintenance of
equipment in the kitchen
-
Plan and organize special events as
related to food service
-
Supervise the program aide(s)
-
Evaluate and reports student
progress according to ATS grade reporting procedures
-
Maintain records on student
progress, competency, mastery, program inventory and club
budget.

Organize and meet with program
Advisory Committee
-
Attend classes, workshops and
seminars needed for professional development

Electrical Technology
Program Instructor |
Qualifications:
High school graduate, Master Electrical
License and have passed the National Electrical Code, Level III.
Reports to:
ATS Director or designated supervisor
Job Goal:
To provide daily instructional
leadership in the ATS electrical technology program.
Performance Responsibilities:

Curriculum development

Planning and organization of class
and shop activities

Selection of appropriate materials,
audio-visual aids, and equipment

Provide a positive learning
atmosphere

Use appropriate instructional
procedures and methods

Participate in student leadership
activities

Supervision of students in class and
school wide

Evaluate student progress as related
to learning objectives

Maintain appropriate records
-
Follow appropriate safety procedures
in shop areas

Cooperate with the admission,
counseling and placement staff

Maintain equipment in instructional
areas

Participate in advisory committee
meetings, staff meetings and school wide activities
-
Will attend classes, workshops, and
seminars as needed for professional development
-
Participate in program and school
wide evaluation
-
Cooperate with local, state and
federal agencies
