At time of enrollment you need: Tuition (Book and State Test Fee is included in tuition) Copy of driver's license or picture ID Copy of Social Security card (social security numbers are verified) Proof of citizenship (Alien Registration Card I-151) Copy of current Kansas CMA card Your CNA must be active Refund Information: Full refund if class is canceled by ATS, or you notify ATS of withdrawal at least 3 business days before class starts. Half refund if you notify ATS of withdrawal 1 or 2 business days before class start date. No refund if you notify ATS of withdrawal the day class begins or after that date.
